Karajoz respects your privacy and will not sell or give away any client information for any reason. We do use your information as a means to contact you. When you choose to provide us with personal information however, you can be sure that it will only be used in relation to your customer relationship with us.
When we collect information about customers, we will clearly state the purpose. Normally we specifically need information for correct registration of product ownership, details for provision of warranty services and technical support. As a customer of Karajoz, we may contact you from time to time about your machine or general service cycle or new information pertaining to goods you have purchased from us.
We also provide anyone the opportunity to subscribe to regular newsletter communications. This relationship requires that a subscriber opts-in to the subscription. Opt-in means that an email will be sent to the email address you wish to receive email on to confirm it is controlled by you, the subscriber.
When we send a subscription/newsletter communication, we give you the opportunity to unsubscribe. Karajoz will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to any 3rd party.
We also maintain appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures with special care to safeguard the security of your information.
Terms and Conditions
1.1.Karajoz Limited trading as “Karajoz Ltd” is an Incorporated New Zealand company, all “Karajoz” website activities come under New Zealand legal jurisdiction.
1.2. “Karajoz Ltd” is committed to following fair business practices. To this end we assure customers that the operation of this website follows the Model Code for Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce published by the New Zealand Ministry of Commerce, and that we faithfully observe our obligations as set out by the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
2.1. Prices displayed on “Karajoz” website are subject to change without notice. Prices for items on an order are fixed once your order has been accepted. Subsequent price changes either up or down will not be retroactively applied to accepted orders.
Prices may be adjusted for any reason, and may vary at any time.
All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars on the website and in any other correspondence.
2.2 Shipping cost is a flatrate amount calculated on checkout
We use Courier Post or Now Courier for Shipping
Shipping time frame:
North Island - Overnight
South Island 2-3 working Days.
4.0 Faulty or Damaged Goods
4.1 Whenever possible, “Karajoz” will undertake to repair or replace any goods damaged prior to delivery."Karajoz” will undertake to repair or replace any faulty goods. Damaged or faulty goods will be either repaired or replaced at the discretion of “Karajoz”. Where repair or replacement of damaged or faulty goods is not possible a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged goods. Damaged and faulty goods must be returned to “Karajoz” in accordance with our returns policy.
5.0 Order Cancellation
5.1 Though ”Karajoz" will endeavour to supply orders placed and accepted on this website, order placement and acceptance do not constitute an obligation on “Karajoz” to supply. “Karajoz” reserves the right to cancel any order without notice. “Karajoz” obligations will be limited to protections provided by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
5.2. In event of any cancelled order, cheque or direct debt payments will be refunded in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. In the event that credit card payment is processed for a cancelled order, refunds will processed in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
5.3 Customers who wish to cancel any order must notify “Karajoz” website by email by 10am on the next business day following the date of order.
6.1 “Karajoz” will only accept returns for the following:
• Goods damaged prior to delivery
• Goods with manufacturing faults
• Goods supplied incorrectly
• Goods that vary from their description on the “Karajoz” website
7.1 Any submissions between Karajoz and any customer is to be treated as a submission to Karajoz. By making any submission to Karajoz you are granting Karajoz absolute use of the material, ideas, suggestions, concepts or comments and transferring ownership of ideas to Karajoz. Karajoz is not required to name the customer, compensate the customer or reward the customer in any way, unless required by law.
8.1 Karajoz provides this site on an as-is basis and makes no representations of any kind for the operation of the website, as well as for all information, products, materials and services as associated. To the extent of permissible law, we disclaim all warranties and representations. Karajoz does not warrant that any information available on the Karajoz website is accurate, current or complete.
8.2 Karajoz is not liable in any way for any damages arising from the use of this site. This limitation of liability applies to damages of any kind, including direct, indirect and incidental, loss of income, profit, data, property and claims by third parties.
8.3 Karajoz makes no warranty that the site will meet your requirements. The site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors. The quality of products will meet or match your expectations any software issues will be rectified.
9.1 Karajoz displays products in a variety of ways however colours displayed on a screen vary and may not represent the exact colours in reality. Karajoz is not responsible or liable for any liability or loss incurred through the colours of the website not matching reality.
